Before You Get in Touch
How far in advance should I enquire?
As early as possible is always best — especially for busy dates like school event weeks and summer months. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate shorter-notice requests.
What information do I need to provide?
Your event date, approximate location, number of guests, and the type of event you're planning. The more detail the better — it helps us give you an accurate and useful recommendation.
Do you deliver and collect the equipment?
Logistics are discussed as part of the booking process. Please include your location in the enquiry form and we'll confirm what's possible for your area.
Can I hire for more than one day?
Yes — we cater for single-day and multi-day hires. Include your dates in the enquiry form and we'll work out the best arrangement for your event.
Is the equipment suitable for young children?
We offer a range of equipment and can advise on what's appropriate for your age group. Always let us know the ages of participants when enquiring.
What is your cancellation approach?
